| Facts: | Officers responded to call for service about the defendant swerving all over the road and that she may have hit the side of a bridge. When officers located her, she was slumped back in her seat, passed out, and leaning against the driver's door. Officers noticed an odor of alcohol, slow/slurred speech, and watery/glassy eyes. She also appeared uneasy on her feet. She performed the HGN (eye test), one leg stand, and walk and turn exercises and was subsequently arrested for DUI. She later blew a .176 and .160 in the breath machine. | |
